This was a great story! I loved watching this story between a Confederate spy, Savannah, and a Union Soldier/Spy Catcher, Travis. Of course, Travis doesn’t know she is a spy and Savannah doesn’t know he is a spy catcher, so when their unlikely courtship happens it complicates things. One thing I enjoyed in the beginning of the story was, I liked watching Savannah and her mom trying to figure out how to do the basic cooking and cleaning and having no idea how because they always had the slaves to do it before. I really liked how this story showed what was going on after the slaves were freed. It was definitely a tough time with lots of emotions and struggles. I loved how both characters wanted to do what they thought was right and when they were wrong they changed. I also loved the strong Christian content throughout. I definitely recommend!
